This will comprise of Agile PM and PRINCE2: the two leading project management methodologies in the world.

Project failure can be prevented when you know how. In our workshop you’ll learn all the components of a successful project, and all the reasons why some projects fail. Through management of risk training, we’ll teach you how to identify the potential risks and mitigate them. This will enable you to embed risk management in your project management strategies which will help you avoid the things that interrupt business procedure and waste your time. Learning what a successful project comprises of will make you comfortable with dictating your projects and minimising the likelihood of confusion, errors and omissions taking place.
